What is an AI agent, and why does it matter?

We build your agent on OpenClaw - open-source software that sits on top of the AI models you already use. Unlike a chatbot, it is persistent and it can act: it makes spreadsheets, designs workflows, sets reminders, connects to other services, and where no integration exists it will have a go at building one. It is not infallible and it does make mistakes. Learning exactly where that line falls is a large part of what these six weeks are for.

The six weeks

Week 0

Setup - we do it for you

Before the course begins, we stand your agent up by hand. You choose its name. We provision the server, the email address and the Telegram connection, and the agent interviews you so it knows who you are and what you do from day one. You start week one with something that already works.

Week 1

The technology

Where this software came from, how it works, and why it is different from the assistant in your browser. The short version: it has hands. If it tells you it cannot do something, it is usually wrong.

Your agent starts prompting you a few times a day. The habit matters more than the theory.

Week 2

A thing you think with

"Most people work out that AI isn't a better Google. It's a thing you think with, not a thing you get answers from."

Bring it a decision you have been going round in circles on. Bring it a book you are not sure you agree with. Take it into a subject you know cold and watch where it goes wrong. The point is not the answer, it is the experience of reasoning alongside it.

Week 3

Put it to work

Stop asking and start assigning. A three-minute speech. A twenty-question pub quiz. A half-marathon plan that chases you when you skip a run. A meal log you feed with a photo. Then we all compare notes on what we got it to build.

Week 4

Break it on purpose

"The goal isn't to catch it out. It's to see what failure looks like - because it is completely fluent when it's failing. That's the problem, and that's the bit we're actually here to give you."

Ask it something obscure inside your own expertise and watch how confidently it gets it wrong. Make it hallucinate deliberately. Spotting fluent-but-wrong is the single most valuable habit a senior leader can take from this.

Week 5

Your commercial lens

Where does this actually touch your business? No confidential data required. This is the week the group earns its keep - the bank executive hears how the founder works, the founder hears how the bank executive works, and both leave with something they would not have found alone.

Week 6

Capture and decide

Your agent reads back over six weeks of its own transcripts and writes you a personal reference document - what you now know, and what to do next. Then you decide where this goes.

What you get

A dedicated private server running your agent
An environment deliberately kept separate from your work data
A Google account so it can handle email, documents and spreadsheets
Brave Search, so it reads the web properly
Telegram, so it is on your phone and your desktop
Weekly group calls on Wednesday evenings with Ewan and Holly
A facilitated WhatsApp group running throughout
A personal playbook that stays yours at the end

One thing you need to bring: your own ChatGPT subscription. Your agent runs on it, which keeps you in direct control of the model and the account behind it.

Who it's for

Senior leaders and entrepreneurs who want to be genuinely capable with this technology rather than briefed on it. No technical background is assumed. If you would rather do it one to one, with the coaching built entirely around you, that is the Executive Programme. If you want a first taste before committing to six weeks, start with a half-day masterclass.

What people say

"This is going to change my life. Watching a working dashboard get built live, then actually setting agents loose on real tasks, is fabulous. I'm so excited to have an assistant and get my agents running so I can focus more on strategy."
Stephanie P. · Head of Corporate Comms & Employee Engagement
"This really opened my eyes to the possibilities and opportunities that AI can offer. It was delivered incredibly well and makes me want to learn and understand more."
Jody A. · Masterclass attendee

What happens after week six

Three doors, and we are equally happy with any of them.

Door one

Stop here

Take what you have learned, keep the playbook, and get on with it. No subscription, no obligation, nothing to cancel.

Door two

Executive AI Briefing

£100 a month keeps your agent alive and running, with a monthly call, the AI news that actually matters to you specifically, and continued access to the group.

Door three

Run your own

Take full ownership. We export your agent's context, you stand up your own deployment, and we walk you through the handover.

Ten seats. Starts 19 August.

Six weeks, your own AI agent, and two coaches who have already done this with bank executives and founders. Not sure it's for you? Ask us.
